I have had the privilege of working with Mr. Hamm for over five years. During that time I have been able to see his passion for restorative practices flourish. He took the initiative to seek out additional training in restorative practices after a general staff training and it transformed his teaching style. Mr. Hamm has a passion for restorative justice that has created positive change for each student he has worked with. I have had the honor of being invited into his class for circle on a number of occasions. Each time I was taken back by the student buy-in and the positive influence circle has had for his students.
